To limit traffic in our studio, we are now taking appointment requests that will have to be approved by the therapist. Depending on what the schedule looks like, we will either accept your appointment (which will notify you through email or text), or we will reach out to you to arrange a better time.

Intakes and health screenings

We have improved and expanded our intake and health screenings. Upon arriving, you will initial and sign a liability waiver. We will also check each client's temperature with a non contact thermometer.


As of now, and until it is deemed safe, our waiting area/lobby won't be open to clients to sit in. Water will be provided to you by your therapist rather than self served.


We are discouraging any cash or check payments at this time. Our booking system requires an active credit card on file for bookings to enable contactless payments.


All therapists at Bodyology will wear a face mask while with clients. We are strongly encouraging clients to wear face masks upon entering our studio, and while laying face up on the massage table. We are not requiring clients to wear face masks while face down.

Disinfecting and sanitation

All therapists at Bodyology are trained and carry a certification in Infection Prevention and Control through Rejuvenate Disinfectants. Rejuvenate Disinfectants are hospital grade and EPA approved. We will disinfect our rooms and all surfaces touched between each client and we have extended our turn over time to 30 minutes to accommodate thorough sanitation.

Cancellation Policy

For the time being, we are waiving late cancellation fees. Please cancel and reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who shows symptoms when entering our studio, and will charge for the full service booked.
